Billing Analyst – Energy Company (Downtown San Diego, Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Analyze billing discrepancies, resolve customer inquiries, and provide timely solutions

• Reconcile accounts and identify trends or inconsistencies in billing data

• Collaborate with internal departments, including finance and customer service, to streamline billing processes

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to billing and revenue recognition

• Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for management review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Working Hours:

• Full-time

• Onsite/hybrid

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Downtown, San Diego

• Contract to hire role

• Compensation: $27.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
