LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our client’s finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in accounting and finance. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
CPA certification is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
