Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Wilsonville, Oregon
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8-5pm
Compensation: 65-75k

In this role, you will:
Maintain accurate financial records for assigned properties, including general ledger entries, accruals, and monthly close processes
Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and provide variance analysis against budget.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process journal entries, management fees, check requests, and bank transfers as needed.
To be a fit, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
2–4 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
