Customer Service & Support
LHH is searching for Banking Services Associate for our client. This role will play key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting essential branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts such as Certificates of Deposit, Money Market, Savings, and Retirement products.
Participate in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives by volunteering with approved organizations during business hours, helping the branch meet its monthly performance goals.
Execute teller functions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, issuing monetary instruments, and managing stop payment requests.
Foster positive customer relationships by providing a warm welcome, engaging in meaningful interactions, and representing the bank with professionalism.
Support daily branch operations including opening and closing procedures, cash drawer reconciliation, and vault balancing.
Manage incoming mail and ensure timely processing.
Maintain accurate records through logs, reports, and control checks, while keeping your workspace tidy and organized.
Respond to phone inquiries, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Digitize documents and perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Uphold branch security protocols and always safeguard customer privacy.
Pay/Benefits:
$22/hr - $24/hr dependent on experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm (no weekends)
