Job Title: Benefits Specialist
Location: Onsite in Vancouver, Washington
Compensation: $23-$35 per hour DOE
Contract Duration: 3-6 months with potential for permanent hire
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client's team in Vancouver, Washington. We are seeking candidates with at least two years of benefits experience who are ready to work right away, as our client is ready and motivated to grow their team!
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to address benefits-related issues and provide support.
Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
Analyze and report on benefits utilization and trends to help optimize the benefits offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $35.00 per hour
