Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Valencia, CA
Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Compensation: $30.00-$33.65 hourly
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Valencia. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain customer database
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities
Create reports and balance sheets
Assist with month-end closing activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.65 per hour
