LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking candidates to support our clients Urbandale location in a remote capacity. This role is part of a customer service contact center with structured scheduling. Location: 100% Remote within commutable distance to a client office
Compensation: $24.30 per hour

Licensing Requirements: Life and Health
Must hold active licenses in all of the following:
California (CA) and Florida (FL)
Must obtain licenses in:
New York (NY) / Michigan (MI) / Indiana (IN) and Massachusetts (MA)
And obtain licenses in three of the following states:
New Jersey (NJ) / Ohio (OH) / Maryland (MD) / Pennsylvania (PA) / Virginia (VA) / Connecticut (CT)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound telephone calls and document interactions in Salesforce
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Research and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Provide formal responses using reference materials
  • Request missing information from customers
  • Document and escalate client issues
  • Troubleshoot basic website errors
  • Assist with enrollment in life and health products
  • Support customers with payments and claims-related questions
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduled workdays
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • At least 6 months of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior call center experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Experience with Group Universal Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, or Critical Illness products


Pay Details: $24.30 per hour
