Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR
Employment Type: 1-3 month contract with potential to turn into a permanent position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour


Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to immediately join our client's team on a 1-3 month contract with the potential to turn permanent. This role will be the first point of contact for their visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. We are seeking candidates with at least some exposure to working in an office and knowledge of using Microsoft Office who can start right away.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
