LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a healthcare client in Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, to find a dedicated Bilingual Patient Registration candidate!
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
Verify government and commercial insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and provide financial assistance details when needed.
Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
Handle high-volume phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
Scan and upload patient documents into the system, keeping records updated.
Work closely with medical staff to ensure a smooth front desk workflow and a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience in patient registration, front desk, or medical reception is a huge plus!
Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
