Mortgage Customer Service Representative
Hourly Pay: $21–$25 DOE | Full-Time | Onsite in Tempe, AZ

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Provide clear, accurate information about loan products and application statuses
  • Assist clients with completing forms and gathering necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience; mortgage or financial services background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office setting
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
