LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Tempe that is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This position is paying between $20/hr-$22/hr.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and live chat
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering timely solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with business clients, internal departments, and end-users
- Document interactions accurately in our internal systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
? What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting
- Comfortable using chat platforms, phone systems, and basic office software
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Location: Fully onsite in Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (fixed shift)
