LHH is on the lookout for a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This dynamic role entails supporting a team of accomplished attorneys with trial preparations and court appearances. You will be vital in the legal process, from discovery to trial, ensuring attorneys are fully prepared. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dedicated legal team and contribute to high-stakes litigation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of discovery, including review, document production, and document management
Help attorneys manage schedules and case management
File documents in Federal and State courts, both electronically and in hard copy
Prepare for hearings, arbitration, and trials
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Prepare trial binders and exhibits
Attend court when necessary
Ensure timely filings with courts
Maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
