Our Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join their medical office in Sparta, NJ. They offer flexible hours for the right person in a friendly and professional work environment.


Responsibilities include managing patient schedules, answering phone calls, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards patient care.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar.


  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.


  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones.


  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations.


  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient registration and intake.


Qualifications:



  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.


  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate office needs.


  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
