Senior Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Scottsdale who is in search of a senior administrative assistant to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. To be considered, you must have at least 4 years of administrative support experience.

his fully in-office role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting executive-level professionals with a high level of efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and department teams
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events and meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Order office supplies and handle other general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Some college preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience (required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
