Job Summary: LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join one of our clients in Sandy Springs, GA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping.

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Support the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or direct them to the appropriate resource.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow related to HR matters.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • One to three years of previous administrative experience in a human resources function or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
