We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Billing Analyst to support end‑to‑end billing operations for one of our clients in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will manage invoice creation, submission, reporting, and client billing inquiries while partnering closely with the Billing Manager and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and has strong experience across billing systems and Excel.


What You’ll Do

Invoice Processing & Management

  • Create and submit accurate weekly and monthly invoices.

  • Maintain precise billing records and documentation.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Partner with the Billing Manager to ensure timely and accurate billing cycles.

  • Work with internal departments to confirm billing details and resolve discrepancies.

Purchase Order & Funding Tracking

  • Monitor PO balances and track funding for ongoing projects.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date financial projections.

Client & Consultant Setup

  • Set up new consultant assignments with correct billing rates and client requirements.

Portal Management

  • Upload invoices into client billing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, FieldGlass, Oracle, and others.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends or discrepancies.

  • Present findings to management and key stakeholders.

Client Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond to client billing inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Research and resolve billing issues, including contract review and data analysis.

Month‑End Support

  • Assist with month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and audit preparation.


What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Bullhorn, Dynamics 365, SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, Coupa, and/or Oracle.

  • 2–3 years of billing experience with a strong understanding of billing workflows.
