Recruiter – 6-Month Contract
Location: Downtown San Diego | Onsite
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our clients team on a 6-month contract in Downtown San Diego. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods to identify top talent
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding and workforce planning as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm PST

Compensation: $31.00-$38.00 per hour DOE
