Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our client’s team in North Park. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and lobby area
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
Support internal teams with clerical and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $22.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
