LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting in hiring for an Overnight Residential Monitor for our client located in San Diego. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire, overnight shift. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working this shift with assertiveness throughout the working night.

This role will be focused on supporting our client's program participants in an interim housing setting. The position will do room checks, provide items to participants as needed, de-escalate situations, and provide support to staff. This role will be working within an interim housing facility and interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance abuse ailments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working with the unhoused/vulnerable populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Empathetic and compassionate towards others and able to maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to de-escalate situations as needed and make sound judgement calls
• Can work within Microsoft Office technology system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
