LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our client in Vista, CA. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Junior Accountant will assist with month-end close duties, process high-volume invoices, set up new vendors and maintain customer accounts, prepare financial reports, and assist with AR collections. This role requires at least 1 year of general accounting experience and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with month-end close

· Assist with Accounts Receivable collections

· Process high-volume invoices for Accounts Payable

· Assist with vendor data management, including maintaining customer accounts and setting up new vendors

· Prepare financial reports

· Provide support for accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience required

· AP/AR accounting experience preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
