HR Generalist

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per Year
- Well-rounded HR Generalist and Payroll duties
- Accurately process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with payroll laws
- Address payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and handle multistate payroll processing
- Manage employee benefits programs and provide support for benefits-related inquiries
- Assist with Leave of Absences, benefits programs, and open enrollment
- Manage the onboarding process for newly hired employees including new hire orientation
- Assist with all aspects pertaining to employee relations including processing employee terminations
- Ensure the company's hiring policies are in line with federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Analyze data, run reports and make recommendations for improvement
- Additional special projects and duties as needed
- 3+ years of relevant HR and Payroll experience
- HRIS implementation experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in HR or PHR preferred
- Knowledgeable and up to date with current HR state and federal laws
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Very tech savvy and fast learner
- Prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- $80,000-$90,000 annually and based on experience
- Contract-To-Hire
- Strong benefits when a permanent employee!
- Monday-Friday
- Full time hours (some flexibility)
- Hybrid schedule- 2 days a week, in office
- Office is located in Mission Valley
