LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing organization in Mission Valley. This role is perfect for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


In this position, you will handle a high volume of calls, assisting patients over the phone with scheduling, inquiries, and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare field, develop new skills, and grow within a dynamic team!


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with healthcare providers

  • Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information accurately

  • Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving patient concerns in a professional manner

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

  • Document interactions and update electronic health records (EHR) as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Call center experience is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Working Hours:


  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • No overtime hours
