Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist Job in San Diego, CA

LHH is working with a financial services company in La Mesa, and they are expanding their customer support team! This is an amazing opportunity to get in with a growing organization that offers a fun, team-oriented environment, and highly values promoting from within. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong passion for customer service and will be eager to learn and grow in a booming industry. This is a temporary to direct hire position, and the pay will be $22 per hour, depending on experience.



Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls from customer and clients

  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up on voicemails and emails

  • Communicating with customers to update information

  • Assisting customers with questions and inquiries

  • Discussing different plans available to determine best fit for customer

  • Reviewing and confirming information with customers

  • Documenting all discussed cases and creating tickets in CRM

  • Other customer service and administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • At least two years of customer service experience

  • Desire to grow within the financial services industry

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent customer service skills


Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm OR 8:00am – 5:00pm


Full-Time, 40 hours per week

La Mesa/San Diego, CA; Hybrid and Remote opportunities




Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
