LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in San Diego, CA. This contract to hire opportunity offers hybrid flexibility after one month of training in-office.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP processing, maintaining AP records, reviewing invoices prior to payment, and responding to vendor inquiries. The ideal candidate will have Netsuite and Concur experience.

Responsibilities:

· Full-cycle processing

· Process invoices into AP system and ensure timely payments

· Assist with month-end closing procedures

· Review all invoices prior to payment

· Compile and maintain AP records, including filing and copying

· Respond to vendor inquiries

Qualifications:

· NetSuite and Concur experience preferred

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

· Good problem-solving skills
