LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Chula Vista, CA. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers hybrid flexibility after 1 month of training in-office.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP processing, processing invoices timely and accurately, assisting with month-end closing procedures, and reviewing all invoices prior to payment. The ideal candidate will have Netsuite and Concur experience.

Responsibilities:

· Full-cycle processing

· Process invoices into AP system and ensure timely payments

· Assist with month-end closing procedures

· Review all invoices prior to payment

Qualifications:

· NetSuite and Concur experience preferred

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
