Rutherford, NJ – Permanent Position – Up to $50-70K Base + Commission (depending on experience as far as starting salary)– Field Sales & Lead Development Role Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
We’re looking for a motivated, polished Field Sales & Lead Development Specialist to join our expanding Sales & Marketing team. This full-time opportunity involves initiating outreach, scheduling meetings, attending client visits, and earning commission on successful deals. It’s a chance to grow your own client portfolio. As you progress, you’ll also begin contributing to campaign execution and pricing proposal support.
If you’re persuasive on the phone, driven by performance, and eager to grow in sales, this could be the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
Make 40–60 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
Identify qualified leads and arrange meetings (via Zoom or in-person)
Participate in client meetings and support deal closure
Earn commission for each sale you help secure
Log activities and track progress using Pipedrive CRM
Maintain organized campaign data and lead databases
Begin training to assist with pricing and proposal documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong verbal communicator with confidence on the phone
Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales
Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-driven
Comfortable with technology: Mac OS, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred)
Skilled at presenting and engaging with decision-makers
