• Accurately post payments to patient accounts.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all payments are accounted for.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payment postings.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Previous experience in payment posting or medical billing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
