Position: Administrative Assistant II

Are you an experienced administrative professional that thrives on being the glue to the office? Do you excel in structured environments while seamlessly managing tasks on the fly? If so, we are seeking someone like you that can assist to keep our office running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and events.
  • Perform various office tasks as needed, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
