About the Company

A recognized leader in manufacturing innovation is seeking a Project Engineer to join their high-impact engineering team.

About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll lead technical programs from concept to qualification, taking ownership of design, development, testing, and project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, serve as the technical point of contact for customers, and drive solutions that support safety, functionality, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage engineering programs through full lifecycle: proposals, planning, design, testing, and delivery
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, reliability, and program management
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and technical goals to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Participate in customer meetings and support design reviews, audits, and vendor interactions

What We're Looking For
  • B.S. in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with electromechanical and hydraulic systems (aerospace or defense preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work hands-on in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with AS9100, MIL Specs, and civil aerospace standards
  • U.S. Person under ITAR requirements
  • Prior experience with hoist or winch systems is a plus


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
