A recognized leader in manufacturing innovation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their high-impact engineering team.



About the Role

This hands-on engineering position offers the opportunity to be involved in full-cycle product development—from CAD modeling and testing to customer interaction and production support. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams to bring advanced aerospace systems to life.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and model complex mechanical and mechatronic components using PTC Creo (or similar)

  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for stress, fatigue, and vibration using tools like ANSYS

  • Support development testing, create validation procedures, and write technical reports

  • Assist drafting team with detailed 2D and 3D drawings including GD&T

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, assemble, and test prototype designs

  • Support production teams with first article troubleshooting and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to integration of new technologies that enhance safety, reliability, and performance


What We’re Looking For

  • B.S. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering

  • Experience designing for aerospace or defense applications

  • Proficiency with CAD (preferably Creo) and FEA tools like ANSYS

  • Deep understanding of GD&T and mechanical system design

  • Strong grasp of stress analysis, modal analysis, and fluid mechanics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills



Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
