Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, industry expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly


  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance revenue and growth


  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies


  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping in the system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction


  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and executive teams to set sales targets and budgets. Provide input for financial forecasts and business planning



Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Proven experience in Business Development


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
