LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Property Manager on behalf of a well-established organization in the Portland metro area. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and experienced in handling the fast pace of commercial property management.

Location: Work out of the Tualatin office with frequent visits to properties throughout the Portland metro area
Duration: Direct hire
Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 DOE
  • Car allowance: $400 – $750 monthly (taxable, reported on W2)
  • 100% company-paid medical premiums (effective 1st of the month following hire date)
  • PTO: 3 weeks + 6 sick days + standard holidays (unused PTO does not roll over)
  • 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, 50% match for 4–5%, fully vested from day one

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 7–8 commercial properties
  • Prepare and analyze variance and comment reports
  • Oversee capital projects, particularly during the summer season
  • Lead annual budgeting process (starting in September) and manage year-end budgets
  • Meet with and oversee vendors onsite, including landscapers and maintenance providers
  • Address tenant concerns, ensure rent collection, and maintain strong tenant relationships
  • Utilize Yardi and Microsoft Office for financial management, reporting, and communication

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience (residential-only experience will not be considered)
  • Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous roles
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills:

  • Steady under pressure, adaptable when challenges arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants, vendors, and colleagues


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
