Location: Work out of the Tualatin office with frequent visits to properties throughout the Portland metro area
Duration: Direct hire
Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 DOE
- Car allowance: $400 – $750 monthly (taxable, reported on W2)
- 100% company-paid medical premiums (effective 1st of the month following hire date)
- PTO: 3 weeks + 6 sick days + standard holidays (unused PTO does not roll over)
- 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, 50% match for 4–5%, fully vested from day one
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 7–8 commercial properties
- Prepare and analyze variance and comment reports
- Oversee capital projects, particularly during the summer season
- Lead annual budgeting process (starting in September) and manage year-end budgets
- Meet with and oversee vendors onsite, including landscapers and maintenance providers
- Address tenant concerns, ensure rent collection, and maintain strong tenant relationships
- Utilize Yardi and Microsoft Office for financial management, reporting, and communication
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience (residential-only experience will not be considered)
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous roles
- Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Steady under pressure, adaptable when challenges arise
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants, vendors, and colleagues
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
