We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
Lead the negotiation and implementation of benefits plans with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and competitive offerings
Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with employees
Provide leadership and guidance to the benefits team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Analyze benefits data and implement improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and program efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure benefits programs align with overall company objectives and employee needs
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in benefits management within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
