We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits

  • Lead the negotiation and implementation of benefits plans with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and competitive offerings

  • Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with employees

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the benefits team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

  • Analyze benefits data and implement improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and program efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure benefits programs align with overall company objectives and employee needs

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits management within a corporate environment

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
