Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5pm

Compensation: $20- 26.50 an hour

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients growing team as an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, tax preparation, and financial planning while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax preparation, filing, and planning activities under the guidance of a Senior Accountant.

• Support tax planning activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

• Process bi-weekly payroll and manage payroll tax reporting.

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel required).

• Understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles.
