Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $23-25/hour
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience managing chargebacks for major e-commerce retailers. This role focuses on chargeback dispute management, data entry, and invoicing, with the goal of timely fund recovery. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled communicators with a strong grasp of AR processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Chargeback Management:** Handle chargeback notifications, investigate disputes, gather supporting documentation, and follow up on portals until resolved.
- **Accounts Receivable & Data Entry:** Process transactions, submit invoices, accurately enter payments and chargebacks, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Generate reports on chargebacks, analyze trends, and contribute insights to reduce future occurrences.
- **Collaboration:** Coordinate with sales, customer service, banks, and finance to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 2 years of AR and chargeback experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and customer portals.
