LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with one of the leading Insurance Providers in Plano, TX to hire an AP Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis paying $25-$28/hr.   • Generate and submit payment requests for multiple internal teams, ensuring timely processing of settlements and adjustments.

  • Track funding statuses, issue payments, and respond to inquiries related to disbursements.

  • Notify relevant team members of international funds received and ensure accurate allocation within internal systems.

  • Handle physical mailing tasks, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain and update vendor banking records for designated departments.

  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, addressing inquiries related to billing systems, invoice statuses, and budget approvals.

  • Provide vendors with secure access credentials for online platforms.

  • Review and organize tax documentation (e.g., W-9 forms) across various accounts.

  • Support leadership by refining workflows, training team members, and updating procedural documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls in all financial activities.
