About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of the billing and collections process. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely payments, accurate records, and smooth financial operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity—meaning if you shine, there’s a strong chance you’ll be brought on full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collections
- Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies with a positive attitude
- Posting payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with clients in a professional, upbeat manner
- Supporting month-end close and reporting activities
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with accounting software (bonus points for QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite)
- A positive, can-do attitude that lifts the whole team
