Project Manager (Public Safety Construction)

A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal and public safety projects such as police stations, fire stations, and courthouses in the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for public sector construction projects up to $50M.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing public safety or municipal construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
