Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Description: Are you a professional with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Procurement, or Quality Assurance looking to transition into Project Management? LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing clients team on a direct hire basis in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME or BSEE) from a four-year college or university
Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in related field.
Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management techniques.
Proficient with MS Office suite and MS Project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
