Office Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Central Phoenix who is in search of an office administrative assistant to join their team! This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is up to 24/hr.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a busy office, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general organization
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support various departments with administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
