About the Role: LHH is excited to announce a new opportunity with our client for a Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process.

Coordinating Shipments: Plan and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.

Order Processing: Handle order processing from receiving orders to preparing them for shipment.

Supplier Relations: Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.

Transportation Coordination: Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.

Warehousing Operations: Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Documentation: Handle necessary documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and shipping manifests.

Problem Solving and Optimization:

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays or damages.

Cost Optimization: Work to minimize transportation costs and optimize the supply chain for efficiency.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
