Junior Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in North Phoenix who is in search of a junior recruiter to join their HR team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position will report into a senior recruiter and will support in full cycle recruiting for entry level job requisitions. The hourly rate is up to 26/hr.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple hiring managers, and helping candidates have a smooth, positive experience from application to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
  • Support recruiters with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting (up to 20 open requisitions).
  • Post job openings, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination or full-cycle recruiting (high volume preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
