LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near the Phoenix Airport who is in search of a temporary benefits coordinator.
This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and supports our HR department in administering employee benefits, assisting with open enrollment, and ensuring accurate benefits documentation and compliance. The hourly range is between $26/hr-$29/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Support employees with benefit-related questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Process new hire enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefit systems.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with benefits audits and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate benefits processing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and relevant regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
