Front Desk Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruiting is assisting out client in Phoenix, AZ with hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant on a contract to permanent basis. In this role you will be answering phone calls, greeting clients and guests, and manage the front office area.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, issuing badges, and directing guests to appropriate areas

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally

  • Maintain visitor logs and enforce access control procedures

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

  • Maintain and update internal directories and emergency contact lists

  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

  • Enter and track data related to equipment usage or fees

  • Schedule meetings and manage shared calendars

  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and filing

  • Support internal events and assist with special projects as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in administrative and front desk support roles

  • College coursework or a bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Eagerness to learn new systems and processes

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams

  • Professionalism, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
