Dispatcher

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Central Phoenix who is looking to add a dispatcher to their team. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully in office.

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of services and goods. You will be responsible for managing incoming orders, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with field personnel, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch field personnel and drivers based on priority and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and services in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and communicate updates to clients and team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to dispatch operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure that all safety and regulatory guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous dispatch or logistics experience a MUST!.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
