Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19-$20 per hour

Job Description:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
