We are partnering with a well‑respected plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Phoenix seeking a motivated Associate Attorney for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of plaintiff PI experience who is eager to grow, manage their own caseload, and work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, briefs, and correspondence

  • Conduct legal research and writing

  • Handle pre‑litigation matters

  • Participate in mediations, negotiations, and client meetings

  • Collaborate closely with legal staff to ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Bar license required

  • 1+ year of plaintiff personal injury experience

  • Strong writing, research, and case management skills

  • Client-focused approach with a drive to succeed

  • Ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with support staff

  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation & Potential Permanent Benefits

  • Strong possibility of permanent employment

  • $50–$60 per hour depending on experience (temp-to-hire)

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
