We are hiring for a Payroll Coordinator in Pewaukee, WI. This is an addition to a successful payroll team. You will be processing for multi-state, high volume payroll and reporting to the Payroll Manager. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the multi-state payroll processing (weekly and bi-weekly)

  • Provide analysis and adjustments as needed

  • Perform gross to net components including wage garnishment

  • Complete necessary reporting

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of payroll experience

  • Higher education desired but not required

  • System savvy with the ability to navigate through multiple platforms

  • Professional communication skills
