LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Manager to lead a successful company based in Orlando, FL

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee handbook and manage employee records
• Hire and onboard candidates
• Process payroll
• Handle Workman's Comp claims
• Assist with performance evaluations
• Assist with benefits
• Attend job fairs

• Bachelor's Degree in HR required
• Must speak Spanish and English fluently
• At least 7 years of experience in ascending HR roles

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Experience in Paylocity
• Advanced skills with MS Tools
• Ability to learn HRIS resources
• Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, and procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills

Work Type

• Full Time, Direct Hire
• Fully Onsite
• Compensation: $70-80k/year
