Responsibilities
- Maintain employee handbook and manage employee records
- Hire and onboard candidates
- Process payroll
- Handle Workman's Comp claims
- Assist with performance evaluations
- Assist with benefits
- Attend job fairs
- Bachelor's Degree in HR required
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently
- At least 7 years of experience in ascending HR roles
Skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Experience in Paylocity
- Advanced skills with MS Tools
- Ability to learn HRIS resources
- Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
Work Type

- Compensation: $70-80k/year
