💼 Accounts Payable Clerk (Yardi Experience Needed!)

Do you enjoy keeping things organized, paying bills on time, and making numbers behave? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who knows their way around Yardi and takes pride in getting the details right.

In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for processing invoices and payments, making sure everything is accurate, timely, and running smoothly and play an important part in keeping the business on track.

In simple terms:

You’ll help pay the bills using Yardi, double‑check the details, and make sure everything is done correctly.

• Process invoices and payments using Yardi

• Make sure transactions are accurate and completed on time

• Keep records organized and up to date

• Support the Controller with day‑to‑day accounts payable tasks

• Help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
